My name is Judy Wink. I left the workforce as a Financial Executive for over 20 years to bring my extensive experience to clients of my own. To help small business owners easily prioritize their financial health with a trusted advisor by their side. With my services, clients benefit not only from my finance background, but aspects of business management as well. Offering my clients a reliable partner in this very integral part of their business, their bookkeeping.
I operate my business in the digital realm as a bookkeeping professional. Gone are the days of dropping off a grocery bag of receipts! This type of Bookkeeping allows for the collection, creation, and transfer of financial information into an electronic "digital" format instead of using papers. As a problems solver, any aspect of this type of transition is able to be ironed out. I'll work to make the relationship with my clients easy on you while providing tools, insight or processes to successfully provide superior service.
I spent the better part of the last decade working in the Wine Industry in the Napa Valley with some very strong personalities! Most meetings included A LOT of opinions about procedure, process and structure. I learned early on to apply my expertise and offer my guidance and then allow for ownership to be the final decision maker. I will be the bookkeeper you need me to be. Some of you may need all of my skills and some of you just need me to crunch numbers and provide reports. At the end of the day, I just want to be helpful and provide a superior service.
I live in a small town in northern California surrounded by much of my family. I am the proud mother of an extraordinary Son who owns his own successful pest control business. He, his wife and our two grand-children are our source of JOY!
I grew up watching how hard my parents worked. My father owned his own Tire Service business and my mother was his Bookkeeper. I've always known I wanted to have my own business but it took some time to build up my confidence to leave the "workforce" and do what I love full time. Work with numbers and help as many people as I can to improve upon their financial health and spend more time doing those things they love. Let's get to work!
I'm excited to share testimonials. Stay tuned

You didn't start your business because you LOVE to balance your check book or categorize your Home Depot purchase. You don't know the first thing about debits and credits and you don't care! If you don't know what you are doing, it also means hours of extra work and a load of additional concern. You are an expert in your trade/field and that is the work that pays you and takes care of your family. I am an expert in my field and built a business to take on those pain in the butt financial tasks for your business because bookkeeping is fun for me. #numberdork
I have been doing this for a long time and also have family who own(ed) service-based trade businesses. I know how hard you all work and the sacrifices it takes to build your own business. You work weekends, nights, when the work is there, you are working. The goal here is for me to take on all the financial duties, clean up or create your books and help you gain more control of your cash flow and literal TIME back in your day. Time to spend with family, on hobbies, relaxing with a book, go camping, whatever brings you joy.
I would love the opportunity to help set up your books and get your business organized for success. Reach out and let's get started crafting our plan.
Bookkeeping services is a must-have service for any business. The IRS requires that all businesses have properly maintained books that include all gross income receipts, purchases, expenses, assets, gifts, entertainment, and other expenditures. The bookkeeping and the reports generated are vital for ease at end of year tax preparation and filing. Having organized and maintained books makes tax time so much easier!
Proper bookkeeping gives companies a reliable measure of their performance. It also provides information to make general strategic decisions and a benchmark for its revenue and income goals. In short, once a business is up and running, spending extra time and money on maintaining proper records is critical.
Many small companies can't actually hire full-time accountants to work for them because of the cost. Instead, small companies generally hire a bookkeeper or outsource the job to a professional firm. One important thing to note here is that many people who intend to start a new business sometimes overlook the importance of matters such as keeping records of every penny spent. This can have adverse effects on the business and be expensive to correct whether that means having a bookkeeper process months of catch up bookkeeping or potential penalties for missed tax payments.
